CSS-only dynamic animated cartoon
Thinking about selectors and how it might be possible to make a dynamic app.
Here we have a grid of divs, each of which is essentially informing the coordinates of the mouse for an animation. With this we can animate where the eyes are pointing, and tell if the mouse is over the characters face.
